• You have the authority to commission design work for the property or space specified.
• Information provided to us regarding the site, council requirements, and project brief is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Any changes to project scope after commencement may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, documents, and creative outputs produced by SOW HAVEN STUDIO remain the intellectual property of SOW HAVEN STUDIO until final payment has been received in full. Upon full payment, a licence to use the delivered designs for the specified project is granted to the client. SOW HAVEN STUDIO reserves the right to use project imagery and documentation for portfolio, publication, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All website content — including images, text, design concepts, and graphics — is protected by Australian copyright and trademark law. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Disclaimer

The materials on SOW HAVEN STUDIO's website are provided on an "as is" basis.
